This one-sentence quote just arrived in the form of a presser from Sen. Merkley's office:
“The House leadership’s budget resolution is great if you happen to be an oil executive or a financial titan on Wall Street, but not for our seniors. Dismantling Medicare while giving bonus tax breaks to the very wealthiest in America is what may pass for bold in Washington, but in Oregon it is unacceptable.”
Hey, thanks, Senator. We needed some quick demagoguery. Fortunately, you were there for us.

Hey Jeffy boy, I'd LOVE to dismantle Medicare. But ObamaCare is already going to hit it with a wrecking ball so I don't think I need to bother.
